Rental Agreement
Finalize Your Stay at The Lake Loft.
We are so excited to host you at the Lake! To ensure the best experience for you and the safety of our building and the business downstairs, we ask that you please review and sign our Rental Agreement below. This document covers our house rules, noise expectations for Game On, and property care policies. Once signed and submitted, a copy will be automatically emailed to you for your records. This page will always be available to you for records as well.
This agreement is between the Owners and the Primary Renter.
- Maximum Occupancy: The Loft sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Exceeding this limit without discussion at any time is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Primary Renter: Must be at least 21 years of age and remain on the premises for the duration of the stay.
The LAKE LOFT is located directly above GAME ON, a family entertainment center.
- Operating Hours: Guests acknowledge that the business downstairs operates until 9:00 PM (Wed/Thu), 10:00 PM (Fri/Sat), and 6:00 PM (Sun). Music, gaming sounds, and guest activity will be audible during these times.
Guest Quiet Hours: We are located on RT 16 with no immediate neighbors, so feel free to enjoy your music and conversation, we just ask you to keep it inside the Loft!
To ensure the safety of the building and the business below:
- No Smoking/Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free building. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
- No Pets: Unless prior written approval is given for a service animal. Evidence of pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
- No Parties: “Open-house” style parties or large gatherings of non-registered guests are strictly prohibited.
Flammables: No candles, incense, or fireworks are allowed.
- Staying at The LAKE LOFT does not grant free or after-hours access to the GAME ON facility (simulators, inflatables, etc.).
- Access to the gaming area is only permitted during business hours and requires a separate waiver and standard payment/booking.
- Standard Cleaning: A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking. However, if the Loft is left in a condition requiring deep cleaning (stained furniture, excessive trash, or biohazards), additional professional cleaning fees will be billed to the guest.
- Smoking & Vaping Policy: The Lake Loft is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free building. This includes all interior spaces and the entrance. Any evidence of smoking or vaping (including odor, ash, or debris) will result in an automatic $500 specialized cleaning and remediation fee.
- Pet Policy: We maintain a No Pet policy to ensure the Loft remains allergen-free for all guests. Unless prior written approval has been granted for a certified service animal, any evidence of pets found on the premises will result in an automatic $500 cleaning fee. Property
- Damage: The Renter is financially responsible for the repair or replacement of any damage to the Loft, its contents (furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.), or the building structure caused by the Renter’s party. All damages will be billed to the credit card on file via Square.
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
